Ad Maiorem Dei Gloriam

Inspired by the motto of St. Ignatius of Loyola, which translated means "For the Greater Glory of God," Schutte has written a celebratory, uplifting piece for SAB choir and descant. Themes of praise, justice, and mercy animate the verses. March-like rhythms throughout the piece make this ideal for processionals or other festive celebrations.
