As a Mother Cares

"As a Mother Cares" takes the words of the prophets Isaiah and Hosea along with David's words from Psalm 139 to help the faithful understand the nature of God's mercy and love in terms we can understand by using the analogy of the love a mother has for her children. The melody is chant-like, reminiscent of the church's rich chant heritage. Arranged for an SATB choir, this piece also offers parts for Solo instrument in C and Bb.
