This easily learned contemporary song for the season of Christmas is a good counterpoint to the familiar stable of traditional Christmas hymns. Topics of stillness and peace are musically represented by the gently lilting 6/8 meter, mild syncopations, and the simple two-part vocal harmony of the verses.
