This moving assembly song was written to celebrate the work and ministry of a hospital, but it could also be used in many other contexts, including liturgies that have as their focus our asking God for both healing and encouragement. In addition to general themes of praise, truth, and healing, Mary's presence at critical moments in the life of Jesus and the Church is both evoked and recognized in the verses. It is scored for SATB choir with descant, accompanied by keyboard, guitar, solo instrument in C, and violin.
