Written for Good Friday (but also provided with verses for Communion), this prayer-like chant in the Taizé style is meant to draw the assembly into deeper prayer, contemplation, and adoration of the cross. It is set for SATB choir with descant, keyboard, guitar, and two solo instruments, offering many performance options.
