If Now My Mind Was Still

Set for treble chorus (SA choir), keyboard, flute, and cello, this lovely little anthem in a flowing triple meter can be performed as a conventional hymn by omitting the interludes, or expanded to a more meditative reflection by retaining them. It is effective as prelude before Mass, or after Communion, in prayer services, for times of meditation, especially during Lent, and for catechumenate meetings of RCIA.
