In Deepest Night

With a text by Huub Oosterhuis (trans. by Forrest Ingram), this arrangement of RENDEZ À DIEU by Bernard Huijbers will slot nicely into any Christmas or Epiphany celebration. Intended for assembly singing, it is scored for SATB chorus and keyboard (organ registration is included, though the accompaniment will work well on piano). A unison second verse is sandwiched by choral verses 1 and 3, the latter of which has the melody in the altos with the sopranos carrying a descant.
