With text inspired by 1 Peter 5:6, this lovely assembly song - scored for SAB choir, descant, keyboard, guitar, horn in F, and cello - dwells on the topic of God's love for us, which will be fully revealed in His perfect time. Interestingly, the verses are set in the parallel minor; the return to the major key of the refrain, then, always contains an buoyant, almost redemptive, element.
