Using the Messianic foreshadowing in the Book of Numbers as an inspiration, Tamblyn has crafted a meditation for SAB choir that reflects upon the nature of "dreams and our failure to recognize their value as revelation." The refrain may be sung by the assembly, but the verses are intended for choir only. It will be liturgically appropriate during Advent and Christmas.
