Litany of Peace

This contemplative eight-verse litany utilizes a refrain based on the prayer of St. Francis of Assisi, whose text will be immediately recognizable to any assembly. Scored for SATB choir (for the refrain), keyboard, guitar, and cello, its verses deal with topics of love, peace, light, discipleship, and hope. Ideal for use as a Communion song, it can also be used at penance services and retreats.
