Quiet and contemplative, this gently flowing Christmas song in 3/4 focuses on the domesticity of the Nativity; it is perfect for smaller SATB parish choirs (none of the vocal ranges of this E-flat major carol are extreme) and will be easily learned by the assembly after a few hearings. It is simply accompanied by keyboard and guitar, although additional parts for solo instrument and string quartet are available for separate download.
