Moved by the beauty of Benedictine Sister Genevieve Glen's poetry, Crandal skillfully captures the bold spirit of her text, which is based on several different scripture passages, including John 1:14. Glen's message is that the saints - and also all of us - continue to make God's love visible to others, as a continuing echo of God's love made manifest in the flesh through Jesus Christ. Set for SATB choir, descant, keyboard and guitar, this piece would be an appropriate choice for All Saints Day, Morning and Evening prayer, and for the theme of God's love for us.
