Parable

This piece, inspired by Ecclesiastes and the ministry of a long-time pastor and friend of the composer, celebrates the daily cycles of dying and rising, grieving and remembering, and the peace of acceptance in faith. It can be sung for funerals, Lent, and the Gathering Processional. Set for two-part choir, descant, keyboard, guitar, and solo instrument in C, it works well sung very simply, or with full arrangement_x0014_ or any combination in between.
