This version of the Pentecost Sequence "Veni, Sancte Spiritus" condenses into five verses the original ten of the Latin. The refrain is sung at the beginning and after each of the verses which provides the assembly the option to participate in this sequence. It is written for SATB choir, descant and organ. There is also a conductor's full score available that includes parts for flute, trumpet in B-flat, and trombone giving it the sound one might expect at a cathedral or large church.
