Proclaim the Wonders of the Lord

This is a festive piece was written for the Silver Jubilee of the East Anglia diocese in the United Kingdom. This Christmas Responsorial Psalm (Psalm 96) is set for SATB, two cantors and organ. As a Responsorial Psalm it has a quiet ending, as a full stop is not needed at this point in the Liturgy of the Word. The composer has included an alternative festive ending, which extends the possibilities of the piece, perhaps as a processional chant.
