Psalm 16

This setting of Psalm 16 is from Bob Hurd's collection Grail Psalms for Sunday Worship. Using verbatim texts from the new Grail Psalms translation, Hurd gives us this reflective setting for SATB choir, cantor, keyboard, guitar, and solo instrument(s) in C. There are two options for the refrain text and verse options that can be used in Ordinary Time, the Easter Vigil, and third Sunday of Easter. The verses are chanted but end metered to lead the musicians back to the refrain.
