Inspired by the pacing and modality of plainchant, this simple and effective setting of this rite encourages the participation of the assembly through a call-and-response format. It is scored for cantor, SATB chorus, and organ. This work, when paired with "Consecration of the Chrism" (30102944) is a wonderful way to link the Chrism Mass to the parish liturgy.
