"Saints of God" is a setting of the Song of Farewell from the Order of Christian Funerals. It is effective as ritual music for cantor and assembly alone, but the addition of choral harmonies can add richness to the presentation. When a choir participates, however, it is recommended that the cantor sing the first half of the refrain each time.
