This jubilant anthem for SATB, soprano solo, and organ is a journey for the listener. Women's voices open the anthem with a lilting melody, which is then taken up by the men. The voices join for the second, darker section, followed by a glorious, floating soprano solo. The main theme returns, the choir singing in unison, and the piece closes with an extended coda which simulates the pealing of bells. Dirksen's proficiency as an organist is obvious - not relegated to 'just' accompaniment, the organ is an equal player throughout.
