The Night Is Over

This simple, six-verse Easter hymn for SATB choir with descant accompanied by keyboard and guitar, is intended to contrast with other hymns of the season. While it is mostly two-part mixed, the verses end with a simple four-part harmony. The descant may be sung with any verse. This hymn may be sung without the given interludes; however, using them allows the assembly to have a moment to reflect on the verse just sung.
