This stirring work for choir and assembly based on Psalm 118 was commissioned for the 370th anniversary of the founding of the New Hall School (now in Chelmsford, England). Fully scored for brass, timpani, organ, SATB choir and descant, this is an appropriate processional or entrance song for any festive occasion, especially Sundays and weekdays during the Easter season.
